At Yatai, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; however, if a piece isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is secure to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
